When will my order be sent? When will I get the tracking link?
We ship every day from Monday to Saturday, except Sunday & Public Holidays.
Orders placed before 12.30PM will be sent on the same business day. After that, the tracking link will be emailed to you before 11:59PM.
Orders placed after 12.30PM will be sent on the next business day and the tracking link will be emailed to you before 11:59PM on that same business day.
Example scenarios (excludes Public Holidays):
- If your order is placed at 7.30AM on Monday, it will be sent on the same business day and the tracking link will be email to you before 11:59PM on Monday.
- If your order is placed at 2PM on Thursday, it will be sent on the next business day, Friday and the tracking link will be emailed to you before 11:59PM on Friday.
- If your order is placed at 3PM on Saturday, it will be sent on the next business day, Monday and the tracking link will be emailed to you before 11:59PM on Monday.
Is international shipping to my country safe?
We have sent orders (glass bongs, etc.) to countries such as Singapore, Brunei, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia, and the United Kingdoms and so far, 99.99% of them have landed without issues.
Very rarely, they may be stopped to pay “import duties” according to your country’s import structure, which shall be covered by the customer.
